When viewing the world and your surroundings it is sometimes hard to see past the negativity. Therapy can help to reframe the perceptions and thoughts that influence our emotions, and in turn, can transform our mood for the better.
When we feel better our actions become more in line with positive change and growth.
I work with individuals, couples and/or families. I see all age groups as well.
Each counseling session is 45 minutes. During the initial session, I will complete a background assessment to gather necessary information. We will also develop treatment goals, during this initial session, to measure progress during our time together.
Sessions can be in-person at my office or I can provide online counseling through a confidential and HIPAA compliant website.

My work experience includes research (Traumatic Brain Injuries and smoking cessation), case management and mental health counseling in outpatient, inpatient and in-home settings for all age groups.

Mental Health Counselor Supervision
In addition to counseling services, I also provide supervision hours/services to MHC interns who are working on becoming licensed mental health counselors.
